Pure Case is designed to reduce the spread of germs through everyday contact, leveraging UV-C light to neutralise harmful bacteria and viruses in a sleek, intuitive form.
The Challenge
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, minimising contact-based transmission of bacteria and viruses became a global priority. While UV-C technology was proven to be effective, there was no widely available, consumer-friendly solution for everyday use. The challenge was to develop a product that not only functioned seamlessly in daily life but also communicated trust, safety, and innovation through its design and branding.
The Solutions
The approach was to create a product that balanced function with aesthetic appeal while ensuring a seamless user experience. The brand identity was designed to reflect safety and reliability, using bold yet minimal typography and a structured layout inspired by the product's form. The website and UI focused on clarity, with 3D renders and interactive visuals reinforcing the product's effectiveness. A concise 30-second animation showcased the core features, helping communicate its value quickly and effectively.
Competitive Analysis
While other UV sanitization products existed, they often lacked strong branding, user-friendly interaction, and a seamless integration into daily routines.
